At “Christopher DiCas” we are dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service to our clientele.
Orders can be placed via our website, by e-mail and you will automatically be updated by our customer service every step of the way.
Once you have placed your order on our website by e-mail, you will receive an acknowledgment of your order that will contain an order reference number. Please carefully review the conditions of sale upon receipt and make sure that you save the order reference number for any future enquiries regarding your order.

Step One: Select the desired quantity and click “add to cart”.
Step Two: When you’ve completed shopping, click the “Continue Checkout” button, which is found on each page. Then, simply follow the instructions to checkout and complete your order via PAYPAL. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart until you click “Submit Order.” After clicking “Submit Order” your order will be processed.
Step Three: After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been submitted (please check both junk mail and inbox). If your email confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us via email for assistance.
If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please contact us. For fastest service, please have your order number available.
This acknowledgment of order is not an acceptance of your order.
Following the transmission of the acknowledgment of order, will conduct its usual security checks and then process your order.
Upon completion of security checks we will send you by e-mail a written confirmation of order.
The Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by “Christopher DiCas” indicates the existence of a binding sales contract

GLOBAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY offers global shipping to most locations in the world.
Our customer service will inform you specifically regarding difficult destinations.
Your items will be quality checked and wrapped in our carefully chosen packaging to ensure safe transit and delivery.

All shipments by “Christopher DiCas” are handled by our shipping partner and are insured against theft and accidental damage.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order 1-2 hours after receiving the e-mail using the link provided.
Once your item(s) has (have) been delivered, they are no longer covered by our insurance.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by “Christopher DiCas” transfer of responsibility in the same way.
In the unlikely event that the parcel is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you inspect goods prior to releasing the courier or refuse the delivery.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by your acquires, physical possession of the goods.
After you registered your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our customer service that will contain an authorization number. Upon receipt of this number you have 14 days to return your purchase to us. The returning courier service should preferably be handled by our shipping partner, to ensure a safe transit. Return shipment costs are the obligation of the buyer.
**Please note**, that the articles to be returned must be in undamaged condition, unused and sealed and with all the “Christopher Dicas” tags still attached.
The Customer will be liable for any decrease in the value of the product if the deterioration is caused by a use.
To ensure safe transportation for the return of the merchandise we strongly recommend that you use the original packaging.
After we have received the returned articles, our customer service will send you an email explaining the exact process of your refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, will make every effort to replace it with a similar or similar product without any extra cost to you.
