YOUR ORDERS
At “Christopher DiCas” we are dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service to our clientele.
Orders can be placed via our website, by e-mail and you will automatically be updated by our customer service every step of the way.
Once you have placed your order on our website by e-mail, you will receive an acknowledgment of your order that will contain an order reference number. Please carefully review the conditions of sale upon receipt and make sure that you save the order reference number for any future enquiries regarding your order.
HOW TO ORDER
Step One: Select the desired quantity and click “add to cart”.
Step Two: When you’ve completed shopping, click the “Continue Checkout” button, which is found on each page. Then, simply follow the instructions to checkout and complete your order via PAYPAL. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart until you click “Submit Order.” After clicking “Submit Order” your order will be processed.
Step Three: After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been submitted (please check both junk mail and inbox). If your email confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us via email for assistance.
If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please contact us. For fastest service, please have your order number available.
This acknowledgment of order is not an acceptance of your order.
Following the transmission of the acknowledgment of order, ChristopherDiCas.com will conduct its usual security checks and then process your order.
Upon completion of security checks we will send you by e-mail a written confirmation of order.
The Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by “Christopher DiCas” indicates the existence of a binding sales contract

Orders will be invoiced in EUR.

ChristopherDiCas.com accepts payments through PayPal. Please note that you need to have or create a PayPal account to complete an order. PayPal accepts all valid debit and credit cards. After placing your order on our website, you will be redirected on PayPal’s secure page to fulfill your payment with your debit or credit card..

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the day of order. Christopher DiCas does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
All orders require a signature upon receipt and for that reason we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Christopher DiCas hopes that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within seven days (7) of your receipt of goods only if the items are un-opened and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible to safely ship the returned goods to us. Note: Goods purchased as a sale item or special purchase as well as discovery sets and limited editions may not be returned or refunded.
Should you wish to return your goods, please contact our customer care at info@christopherdicas.com and provide full details of your original order.
Please obtain a proof of purchase when posting your return and enclose your original dispatch note or add a cover letter with your contact details and order number and clearly state if you would prefer a refund or exchange. Christopher DiCas as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the goods to us.
Faulty Goods
Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer care via email at: info@christopherdicas.com
Special Orders/Limited editions
Specially ordered items, including limited editions, may not be returned or refunded.
