YOUR ORDERS

At “Christopher DiCas,” we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and upholding rigorous standards in accordance with global laws. We value our clients and strive to provide transparency and support throughout the ordering process.

Orders can be placed via our website or by email, and you will receive updates from our customer service team at each stage of your order. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment containing an order reference number. Please review the conditions of sale upon receipt and keep the reference number for future inquiries.

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Step One: Select the desired quantity and click “Add to Cart.”
  2. Step Two: Once you’ve completed your shopping, click “Continue Checkout” on each page. Follow the instructions to complete your order via PAYPAL. You may adjust the contents or quantities of items in your cart until you click “Submit Order.” After submission, your order will be processed.
  3. Step Three: Upon order submission, a “Thank You” page will be displayed with your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly thereafter. If the email does not arrive within 24-48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that the acknowledgment of your order is not an acceptance. Following this, ChristopherDiCas.com will perform standard security checks before processing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once these checks are complete, which constitutes the acceptance of your order and establishes a binding sales contract.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • IN STOCK items will be shipped within 2 – 5 business days following payment through PAYPAL.
  • Orders are invoiced in EUR.

SECURE PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

ChristopherDiCas.com accepts payments through PayPal. A PayPal account is required to complete an order, though PayPal accepts all valid debit and credit cards. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure page to finalize your payment.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • Delivery:
    • Greece: 2-3 Working Days
    • European Union: 5-7 Working Days
    • Rest of the World: 8-14 Working Days (subject to customs)

Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Christopher DiCas is not liable for delays caused by third parties. All orders require a signature upon receipt; hence, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Returns: Christopher DiCas aims for your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for safely returning the goods. Sale items, special purchases, discovery sets, and limited editions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To return items, contact customer care at info@christopherdicas.com with details of your order. Include proof of purchase and your original dispatch note or a cover letter with your contact details and order number. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 working days of receiving the returned goods. Delivery charges and return shipping expenses are non-refundable.

  • Faulty Goods: If you receive damaged or faulty items, we will arrange an exchange or refund. Contact us at info@christopherdicas.com.

  • Special Orders/Limited Editions: Special orders, including limited editions, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
